This software is especially designed for molecular biologists working with oligonucleotide synthesis and purification. It is not very advanced but you will get all the basic physical characteristics of oligonucleotides - extinction coefficient, molecular weight, etc.
This new version is enhanced with some extras more than the old one:

It will restores the last used sequence when the program boots
Export of the calculated data to the clipboard is included.
Fixed a bug, that caused the software to crash if more than 1000 characters were pasted in it.
Fixed a bug that caused the software to crash when oligonucleotides without C or G were input.
